I am trying to make a big jack-in-the-box. A crank will turn on the side with music playing and the animatronic will pop-up out of the top. My question is, how can I make it so that when the trigger is tripped, music will play and the crank will turn but the animatronic won't pop-up until the end of "pop goes the weasel"?? Can I do all of that with an EZ-3?

I think so.

Use the trigger delay output (OUT2) to activate the crank motor (you may need a relay in between the Prop-1 and the motor) and to start the audio.  When the delay expires (which would be coordinated with the music aspect of your audio) the crank will stop and the On Time  output (OUT1) will come on; this is used to "pop the weasel."

Trap: You audio player may want to loop if the audio is exactly as long as it needs to be.  I suggest that you add some silence to the end of the music so that the player is actually still playing (even though silent) while the switch from the delay output to the on output.

Thanks, I will try that and let you know how it works out.
