Hey Jon
Was I suppose to remove the old program first? Everytime I try to run the new revised program I get an error notice saying hardware comunication failure, Check serial cable power supply. I have checked it several times to no avail.

Please ignore the post before this one. I got it figured out. I got the program to download. Tested it with the Prop 1 trainer and it worked!! From here on in do we keep the power switch on "1"

Midnight Angel and Dennis

Okay ignore the last two posts. Got the answer to the switch question.
Here is a new question.
The sensor is hooked up. And the controller runs through its program by switching the relays on and off the way you programed it for us. When I provide 24v power to the controller it turns all  the relays on steadily. Why?
We are testing the unit with the power switch on 2. Is this correct??

Midnight Angel and Dennis

Wow we have had an interesting last hour!!
Okay we discovered that we didn't need a 24v power supply to run the relays, because your Prop 1 controller provided it.
Once we disconnected the Transformer suddenly everything ran through its sequence perfectly.
So Jon our sensor is hopefully our last issue this evening. LOL
Should we debounce the PIR sensor? Its seems to be very unstable. We placed the PIR inside a round plastic container.
Can we program a delay to the PIR sensor for 30 sec?

JonnyMac

PIRs, by their nature, are very twitchy, hence the code you have does debounce the output.  See Scary Terry's write-up on PIR mounting; I strongly suggest this approach.  And do keep in mind that once the sensor is mounted and there aren't a lot of bodies around it will be less twitchy.  You can plug in your P1-T to simulate the PIR and take care of all your timing.  In fact, you can leave the P1-T in place and plug the PIR into it (the header on the top of the P1-T is an extension of P6).
