EZ-8 TTL Output Headers?

I have a question concerning my ez8. What is the voltage on the ttl output header? And which is the +, -, com WRB? Sorry I am a newbie

W = White = I/O Pin
R = Red = +5v
B = Black = Ground

Please be very careful what you connect to the EZ-8 TTL header pins -- we put them there so that you could control RC-4 channels through the X1-X4 inputs (on the RC-4).
