Sure, connect the + connection on that device to V+ and the ground connection to an OUTx terminal; if their specs are correct you can comfortably drive 10 of these units from a single Prop-1 pin.  Note that while the ULN can handle it, we don't recommend pushing it past 250 mA per channel; this lets you run as many channels as you need.
