I used Vixen to program a 4 channel (out 0-3) program to an audio track. The computer the program is on is not on the internet at the moment, but I had a quick question. In the show data section, where the eeprom data is, is there any reason it would have the end of show bit as a 1 instead of a 0 only half way down the show data eeprom table and not in the last line?

You can manually set the end-of-show bit anywhere in the table; any table entries that follow will simply be ignored.

Does it have to be on a line by itself (10000000) or can it be on the last line of something else with out messing up the final line? (10001101) ? I only ask because one more line will actually cause me to no longer fit in the prop-1. I had to cut out a couple movements to allow it to fit in the prop-1 because that's all I had in stock.

It doesn't have to be in the last line; the end-of-show bit is tested after the other outputs in that line have run for their set period.  When the end-of-show is detected the program is routed to Reset which clears everything.
