I have been playing with one of those with a Prop-SX.  It uses an I2C interface that is somewhat non-standard, so the SX/B compiler engineer has made some adjustments to the beta version of the compiler to deal with it.  The Nunchuk is only $20 and just takes a few minutes to hack -- could be a fun animatronic tool.
