Enforcing our Forum Usage Guidelines

We feel like we're being forced to crack down on forums usage guidelines.  We're getting a lot of new threads that have really weak Subject lines.  This becomes a problem when others want to search for information.  Please, we put a lot of thought into the code we write for you, please do the same with your subject line.

Also, one topic per thread -- this is Rule #2 from our guidelines.  When you have a new program request start a new thread -- the threads are supposed to be about the programs, not about individuals.

Please, we're begging you.  Too many Internet forums become absolutely useless because users won't follow simple guidelines and maintainers won't enforce them.  We'll enforce, but if it becomes to much... why bother, right?

Sorry if this sound naggy, especially so close to Halloween when we're all stressed, anyway.  We don't want to see our forums become impossible for new people to find information in.  Thanks for understanding and working with us.
