Phone Problems in Los Angeles Office

We have, since Saturday, been experiencing problems with Verizon in our Hollywood office.  I have two Verizon accounts (work and personal), and have confirmed with the neighbors that they, too, are having problems with Verizon.  For those that we cut off in conversation, please accept our apologies.  We hope that Verizon -- having rested this weekend, perhaps -- solves the problem today.
