AP-16 no status led

Hi,

I delivered an animatronic last week. It uses a prop-1 controlling an AP-16 serially. It worked perfect before I drove it to it's new home. Now my customer is telling me that the prop still operates but there is no status light on the AP-16 and that no sound is coming out. The SD card still has the files on it. Manually triggering the sounds does not work as well. I can't find anything in the documentation that would explain no Status led. Any ideas?

You didn't mention it Brian and perhaps you've already checked, but is the power source good?  Could the movement have loosened a connection?

There are LEDs near the regulators -- do those light?

The AP-16 power supply is plugged in properly, and the power indication led is lite.
