I need help with programing the prop 1
Using two Pneumatic Cylinders

Out 0 = Arm Slashing down
Out 1= Arm Returning up
Out 2 = Head Movement Random
Out 3 = Head Movement Random
Trigger is P 6 with pir sensor module

Out 1 When Triggered on I need the Arm to stay up 2 seconds then slash down
Out 2 Arm delayed to come up 5 seconds
Out 3 Random Head Movement
Out 4 Random Head Movement
Go to sequence twice then go to start and wait for Trigger P6

Start process over

You need to define random head movement -- what is it supposed to do?

It is on a two way pneumatic cylinder and moves head side to side.  As it pushes it turns one way and then when piston closes it pulls back to start.  Random meaning it can stop and start anywhere to make it look realistic.

Thanks Steve

How long does it take to get from one side to the other?  The trick is knowing where the head is (you can't) and which direction you moved last (you can).

I don;t know yet it is a 4 inch piston and I was waiting to hook this a up to try it  out.

If you are looking for random movements for the head a servo is the way to go. Now, if the head is too heavy for a servo then I can see your point for using the cylinder.

Just remember knowing how long it takes for the cylinder is important and it all depends on how the flow regulators are adjusted
