I just wanted to thank you guys again for the great products and the superb support.  Here is a link to my display; most of it went off without a hitch. But had a couple of issues, the ground breaker broke and started eating grass. The main singer decided that moving his head was too much trouble so he just looks off to the left the whole night.

That was an awesome show, I've wanted to do the ground breaker but haven't had the time or energy. It does look like you may have had the pressure up just a little high. My concern is to make it last and the pneumatics slamming like that will have them pull out the screws or fasteners.
But you did it and it looks great!

Thank you.  I've had a chance to take a look at what failed on it.  Turns out that the way it was suggested to be constructed may not be the best way.  We used screws to attach the hinges and they were pulling out.  so I am replacing all of them with 1/4 bolts.  Also you are correct that the pressure is pretty high.  I think I had that throttled down to 80psi which still might be too much.

How did to make the singers sway back and forth?

Nice work!

The singers sway via a motor and frame based on the http://www.phantasmechanics.com/ hitchhiker mechanisim and adapted to this.  I just tried to get to the site and they appear to be down or gone.

Ahhh....that is a good one.  You are right about the Phantasmechanics site...it is archived here:
