Parallax 7 segment display x4

Is it possible to drive one of these displays from parallax, http://www.parallax.com/Store/Accessories/Displays/tabid/159/CategoryID/34/List/0/SortField/0/Level/a/ProductID/454/Default.aspx with any EFX-TEK products? In addition to the large display I want to do in another thread, I want to also build a smaller version for something not as big.

Yes, but I would suggest building a stand-alone board with 7-Seg LEDs and some 74HC595 shift registers (which are code compatible with the high-current shift register I suggested in the other thread).
