Foggers can be a little tricky due to the warm up/shut down cycle they typically go thru. If it isn't ready to fog when your program closes that relay, you won't get any response.

OK, everything worked fine, except I burned out the fogger the first weekend. I think it being on 12 hours a day and only firing once every half hour over heated it and burned it out. what I was thinking is there a way I can turn the fogger off for 20 minutes then turn it on before the trigger. We run every half hour, so I want to turn the heater off after the cycle is done, then turn it back on for a 10 min warm up before we trigger the prop. I have an open input that I will wire for a rely to control power.
sorry for being such a pain with questions, i hope i will be able to take care of this myself soon

Thank you for your help

I would suggest that your fogger is the problem, not the duty cycle running it.

And there is not enough code or variable space in your program to add a feature that controls the fogger as well; you would need a second or bigger controller.

Get yourself an A/C digital timer from a Home Improvement Store for $10 and program your on/off cycles. The ones made by Woods have 20 on/off settings which should be more than enough. Once you have the times programmed just plug your fogger into the timer. A five minute warm up is plenty for each cycle.
