basic stamp help

I have this attached program on a prop-1 board with a ap-16 attached and I would like to 1; have a single audio track play at the exact same time the prop one programming is active and 2; have another input trigger an all stop and return to main if possible. I honeslty just don't know what to put in the programming or where to put it.
