prop 1 controller where to begin?

alright i recieved my recieved my prop 1 controller
now where do i start ?
i know what i want it to do and have been reading the programing basics guide
but i really could use hand on how to get started and where to begin
thanks for any help

Some people find it hard to believe, but 75% of all you'll ever need to know about the Prop-1 is in the basic programming presentation.  First thing: take a breath, it's new, and may take a few days to sink in (you didn't learn to drive [well] in one day, right?).  Then, as many have done, post a programming request in these forums (NOT in this thread -- start a new thread with an appropriate subject line) and I'll write the program for you.  When you see your request translated to PBASIC things will start to sink in, and before long you'll be writing your own programs (though we're always here to assist).
