Jon,

Can you whip up an example of controlling these with a prop-1:

Turning them on/off looks to be simple programming, but how about a fading? Would you have each spot on it's own OUTx or can you double up on them?

Fading up and down is handled with the PWM instruction; see the example in the Prop-1 program library for details:

Note that you can fade from full-off to full-on and vice versa, but you cannot hold the lamp at a given level without causing the program to be held at that point (where you're freshing the lamp level with PWM).

You probably want to limit you ULN outputs to about 250 mA, so if the lamps use 125 mA or less then yes, you can double up.
