Bought the folowing and have no clue what to do next...

Help! ::)

Prop-1 starter kit, Wickled, Lamp fader, Prop-1 controller.

My intention is to use them for our haunted house, but I'd like to get cracking and learn how to use this gear.

Any help would be, well... helpful!

Step 1: Relax -- we're here to help
Step 2: Define what you want to do (specifics count)
Step 3: Bask in the awe bestowed on you by friends with your cool new props/effects

Have a look at this document: http://www.efx-tek.com/downloads/prop-1_prog_basics-handout.pdf -- this will familiarize you with programming the Prop-1.  Again, relax, we will show you how to convert your prop desires into real, working programs.

Where do I find the program to run my equipment?

Well, what do you want to do? I take it that you have two prop-1's? So you can use the first one for electronic candles and the second to control the FC-4. But, what do you want to do?

If you go to the Prop-1 page on our web site you'll find a link to Parallax for the BASIC Stamp IDE; you'll need that to program the Prop-1 and Prop-2.
