Prop1 to control a prop1

Can a prop 1 contol a second prop1? I.E. slave one to another.

Yep.  It could be as simple as a trigger signal that causes the slave Prop-1 to do a pre-programmed routine or you could even make the slave "smart" to do something based on a message sent by the master.
