How do you think a prop2 would handle a HS-805BB?  The specs are not clear but it says it pulls 80mA unloaded and I think it wants 1200mA to push things around.  Servo Power board? (you know I am scared of those).

What's an HS-805BB?  Can you provide a link to a spec sheet?

You're going to need an external supply -- controlling it is not a problem.  You'll need to connect the Prop-2 GND terminal to the ground of the external supply.

My question is the best way to hook up an external power supply.  The servo cam with a Y connector but I am nervous just plugging power in there.  You sell your servo power board which is an option.  Without that servo power board, how would I hook up the prop2, servo and external 5v, 2amp wall adapter without frying the prop2?

JonnyMac

Wire the external power supply right to the servo; connect to the Prop-1 (Px header) using an RWB extender cable with the red wire removed.
