Flashing Lights

I have the RC 4 with 4 lights. I want to leave one blinking or all off. I'm using a period of 500 ms.

Also, you did mention the SX. It seems that I could plugin the propeller into the board that I have. what's do you think?

Please describe the problem you're having -- in detail -- I seem to remember something about serial comms which you do not mention here.  Describe exactly what you need in as much detail as possible (more information is better) so that we can assist,
