Dead Prop-1

Hi Jon,

My Prop-1 has died.  Not sure what happened to it but I think it got fried when I hooked up an led backwards (?) in conjunction with another device.

I cannot get it to connect to the Basic Stamp program anymore and have replaced the ULN chip with a new one to see if that would fix it but still no good. I know the serial adapter is good because it works fine with my other prop-1 controllers. 

My question is: can you repair a prop-1 or is it cheaper to just buy a new one, when compared to shipping and repair costs?

PS - already ordered a replacement unit but would still like to have a spare if I can repair the old one.
