RC4 voltage leakage

I have a RC4 that I am having minor issues with.  I am using it to control a fog machine with one relay and  some LED lights that run off of 110 on the second relay.  When I plug in the LED lights two of them come on dim....they should be off, the third LED light is off.  When my Prop2 triggers the RC4 the LED lights do come on at full power.

The RC-4 is not the problem, the Crydom relay is -- and leakage is a known condition with solid-state relays.  The short of it is that if you want to switch 120VAC LED strings then you should use a mechanical relay.
