I would check with a meter to see if the B/C terminals are dry-contact, normally-open. That way you will not make any mistakes hooking back up to the prop1

In a STUNNING turn of events... I have figured out that I am an idiot.   ;D

In looking at the Receiver, I notice that ALL of the contacts on the Green blocks had broken loose from the Board.  I tried resoldering the blocks to the board, but couldn't get them to contact correctly.  I Pulled the green blocks OFF the Board, hard soldered the Power cord directly to the Circuit board, and then Hard Soldered the Red/White to B/C Directly, and, Lo and Behold...

It works like a champ.

/facepalm

Thanks so much for all of the input and help...  this is why I wont by my controllers anywhere else. You guys are the BEST!!

Glad you found the problem. As you found out, troubleshooting is a step by step procedure. When a problem arises with something that WAS working, always start with the first element of your project and work your way down. You can't assume that it's something in the middle.  ;)

I must have tested it a hundred times putting it back together after resoldering everything.  Every time I tightened a screw, I tested.  Added Air:  tested.  Project Box Lid back on: tested.

My friend was like:  DUDE, IT WORKS.  LoL.
