KC is incredibly supportive of what we do with Vixen and has made some updates at our request that we're grateful for and find very useful.

Important note: Close Vixen first. Before installing the new DLL files, please change the extension on the originals (on your system) from .DLL to .DXX -- you must change the extension, leave the name as-is.  This will cause Vixen to ignore those files yet will keep them on the system in case we need to go back.

Generic Serial Output PlugIn
-- Allows any attached COMx port and higher data rates
-- Location: Vixen 2.1.x.x\Plugins\Output

Note: If you have an existing sequence using the old Generic Serial driver it is suggested that you use [Remove] to disconnect the old driver and then [--- Use -->] to connect to the new version; this will eliminate any driver incompatibility issues.

Standard Sequence UI PlugIn
-- Adds "All Events to:" feature on the context (right-click) menu of the channel name panel
-- Location: Vixen 2.1.x.x\Plugins\UI

Raw Data Import and Export Add-Ins
-- Add ability to import Vixen show files recorded by the HC-8+ (onto an SD card)
-- Add ability to export Vixen show as binary file (for use in playing show from SD card)
-- Locaton: Vixen 2.1.x.x\AddIns

Please update your system with these new DLLs, especially if you intend to stream Vixen data through the HC-8+ and then play that show from an SD card later.

As of the 29th of August you can now record servo data (using a VEX transmitter as the input) on the HC-8+ and then import that data for refinement.  See the "Hacking" forum for software.

I've uploaded a new version of the Raw Data Export that removes the 64-channel limit.

Updated that Raw Data Export and... tada!... added a raw data import. Now you can record live animations on your HC-8+ and then import that data to Vixen.  Get code in the "Hacking" forum.
