Here is another question.  You have this in the HC-8+ template

   #1, HOME, GOTOXY, #8, BKSP, TAB, LF, CLREOL, CLRDN, CR       ' PST formmatting control
  #14, GOTOX, GOTOY, CLS

I think I understand that the # is the callout for the starting value of each constant.  For example #1, HOME,GOYOXY would be HOME=1, GOTOXY=2
But I do not see these any ware else in the program.  Can you explain what these are for?

These are formatting constants for PST (Parallax Serial Terminal) that *could* be used. That block is part of my standard template so I have access to what I might need in any give program. CONstants do not consume program space so it's okay to leave in those that are not actually in use.
