Problem connecting 2 RC-4 boards

I learning to use Vixen with RC-4 and FC-4 boards.  I have 2.0 loaded on my laptop using the USB to serial adapter.  When I connect using only 1 board, either FC or RC, it works fine.  When I connect the 2nd board, nothing happens.  I can switch to the 2nd board, and again, it works.  I have the jumpers set on board #1 address at A1 out, A0 out.  On #2 A1 out, A0 in.  I have tried all 3 plug-ins, the combination FC and RC, FC alone, and RC alone.  I have a simple program using 8 channels.  The 1 board always works on the 1st 4 channels, but the 2nd never does.

Any help would be appreciated.  The same program worked using Ver 1.0 on a computer with a serial port.

Never mind - New guy issue.  In the drop down menu I didn't specify the address.  Everything works fine.
