steper motors

I looking for a program to move stepper motors and servos.  maybe it is better to just use two boards I dont know. But at least two maybe three steppers and a couple servos.  I want it to auto start when power comes on and just go to random positions or several different positions and then loop.

Unless you're planning on using a external stepper controller you're going to need a Prop-2 as each [uni-polar] stepper requires four leads (you only have eight IO points on the Prop-1). 

Let me be candid; you're going to be somewhat limited in what you can do and how fast you can move things.  If you give me more specifics I'll see if I can bang out an example.  That said, if you're a beginner it may not be easy for you to follow.

So Prop 2 is the way to go cuz I need at least two steppers.  So with prop2 if I have 3 steppers I can have 4 servos right.  And then with the TTL I can control silinoids, relays and motors.  How big of motors can I use.

Please download the specs; you'll need to look at the coil currents for the motors you intend to use.  If using all eight outputs on a given ULN chip you're limited to about 175 mA per coil.
