Just a note to Jon and John:

Thanks so much for the support you give us during this time of the year.

I know that everyone is in panic-mode and trying to do things last minute. In some cases it's unavoidable. My crew comes up to me with some pretty strange requests at this point. I have gotten pretty good at "whipping" up my own code but when I get into trouble with something I can't figure out, I can usually find an example here that helps me figure out what to do. So even though I haven't specifically requested any help this season there's plenty of help here to be had. Thanks!

Happy Halloween!

Scaring someone with a prop you built -- priceless!

Thanks for the kind note, Greg.  John B. and I love what we do, and so appreciate all of our customers and the always-interesting programming and product requests we get.  We sincerely hope that you have a very successful season.

I really want to express my appreciation as well.  I'm a very new prop builder, got into it last year building my first Bucky talking skull.  I can't say that I have found another organization that works as hard as you guys do to support your customers.  I work in Tech support for a large software company in San Rafael and I understand what users (customers) can do and ask.  Your professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are 1 rate.  Thank you and I hope you have a good Halloween too.
