Haunted Gargoyle Hack

I took an off the shelf Gargoyle from Walgreens, added an external amplified speaker, hacked a Dance Dance Revolution Mat to use it as a floor mat switch, made some LED mini spotlights, and then tied them all into a Prop1.   I then Faux painted a plaster pedestal from Hobby Lobby, to look marble, and placed the whole setup inside a small alcove in a set of bushes along my sidewalk.  The end result can be found on YouTube.
