What hardware do I need?

I am a noob at this and am going to be assembling an automated prop for next season.  I need to know what I should purchase from your company in order to have the right tools for the job.  I wnat to purchase everything at once, rather than have to buy piecemeal as I find out I didn't get what I needed.  I want to have a prop that moves by the use of a solenoid from a trigger, the prop will also have a light bar (led) that will light a sound effect and a fog machine dispense fog.  I know to by a Prop 1 set including the trainer, a PIR (trigger), an AP-8 for sound--do I need something else?  Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

You have it correct, but we're out of the AP-8 so you'll have to wait on the AP-16.  Get everything else and start learning to program now -- you could always do something fun for the holidays.

You have a couple choice son the fogger: use a standard relay or use one of our RC-4 boards and an SSR.

Thank you,  will the RC4 come with wiring diagrams to help with use of a fogger?

We can help with the wiring, as not all foggers are alike. Also, I'm sure EFX-Tek can't warranty something like that, so we'll just have to figure it out as you go!  ;)

Scaring someone with a prop you built -- priceless!

Shawn is right; hacking a fogger remote is a specialty item and we'll handle it here in our forums.
